Pet Parody “Life ; The Story of my Neighbor’s Dogs”
The dogs in my paintings dance gracefully in fine clothes.
They exchange love with their eyes.
They are often lost in contemplation.
They get married, and take family photos with their children.
They adore spending time with friends.
They go on a picnic in the park with neighbors, and enjoy life.
The dogs in my paintings are our companions of life and love.
They are my neighbors’ precious ones, that have overcome the abuse and abandonment in the past, and finally met a new, loving family.
Before my dog came into my life, I once thought that only humans could take the privilege to enjoy life on this green earth. Then when my dog happened to join my family, my mind opened up to other creatures. I discovered that just like humans, they feel love and joy, and pain and sorrow.
The series of features dogs inside the masterpiece paintings that we’re so familiar with.
Every life in the world is precious. My work holds the message that every life must be protected and respected. Perhaps the most proper way to cherish and nourish life, is to happily coexist in harmony with every living things. This may be an element of the paradise I create on the canvas.
