What I intend to express through my work is very simple: to bring out strangeness from familiarity(habit). Everything in this world has its own image that endures in our minds, and I call this a habitual vision. Such habitual vision on every subject gives us comfort since it looks familiar. However, it can dismiss all other visual possibilities, preventing us from becoming adventurous and curious about all the wonders out there.
Thus, my objective is to destroy, tear up, and reconstruct this habitual vision so that our imagination can expand onto other images.
I have a strong faith in my work that it may guide the “Strangeness within a habitual vision off from the track.”
